The machine is not connected to thepower source.Connect the machine to the power source.The coffee is not hot enough. The cups are cold. Preheat the cups with hot water.Hot water or steam is not dispen-sed.The hole of the hot water/steam wandis clogged.Clean the hole of the hot water/steam wandusing a pin.Make sure that the machine is turned offand has cooled before performing thisoperation.Pannarello is dirty (if supplied).
