SolutionMake sure that the sieve in the centre of the pad holder is not clogged.If it is, unclog the sieve by holding the pad holder under a running tap. Ifnecessary, you can use a washing-up brush or a pin to unclog the sieve.If problems continue to occur, contact the Philips Customer CareCentre in your country.Perhaps the sieve in the centre of the pad holder is clogged. If this isthe case, unclog the sieve by rinsing the pad holder under a runningtap. Use a washing-up brush to clean the sieve, if necessary.Check if a used coffee pad is sticking to the water distribution plate. Ifthis is the case, remove the used pad.Contact the Philips Customer Care Centre in your country.Make sure that:you have used the correct number of pads and have pressed the rightbutton. Use 1 pad in combination with the 1-cup pad holder and the° button.
