Once you have the appliance in place and secured,reach up through the flue opening and grab theattachment bar and pull down inside flue opening(Figure 20.1).2. Insert the 5/16 bolts inside the cast flue and throughthe chimney mounting bar. Securely tighten the nuts.Fasteners are provided.3. Re-install the tube channel assembly, baffle board,ceramic blanket and baffle protection channel.F. Surround & Trim Kit InstallationStandard Size: 109.22cm W x 78.74cm HLarge Size: 129.54cm W x 86.36cm H1. Lay surround face down on a protected surface toprevent scratching.2. Using a 4 to 6 inches long Phillips head screw driverattach the side surrounds to the top surround using (2)#8 sheet metal screws on each side provided with thekit (Figure 20.3).3. Lay the trim face down and place the corner bracketsinto position.4. Using a standard flat screw driver tighten the cornerbrackets (Figure 20.3).5. Slide the assembled trim set over the surround set. andthen over the appliance matching the mounting tabs onthe side pieces with the slots on the appliance (Figure20.3).6. Align the 2 screws in the top surround piece to the 2alignment holes on the appliance top. Secure in place(Figure 20.2).7. Use the strain relief in the surround side for blower cordinstallation and use the cover plug to insert into thehole where the blower cord is not installed.
