Important InstructionsWhen using electrical heaters, basic precautions should al-ways be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock,and injury to persons, including the following:• Read all instructions before using this heater.• This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not letbare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided, use handleswhen moving this heater. Keep combustible materials,such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, andcurtains at least 12 in. (305 mm) from the front of theheater and keep them away from the sides and rear.• Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is usedby or near children or invalids and whenever the heateris left operating and unattended.• Always unplug heater when not in use.• Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plugor after the heater malfunctions, has been dropped ordamaged in any manner. Return heater to authorizedservice facility for examination, electrical or mechanicaladjustment, or repair.• Do not use outdoors.• This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundryareas and similar indoor locations.
