Troubleshooting SuggestionsThe Bridge cannot find the AccessPoint.Verify that the Link LED is solid green. If it isn’t,refer to “LED Troubleshooting” on the next page.The Access Point cannot find theBridge.Click the Refresh button in your Access Point’sconfiguration application.If the problem remains, check the Bridge’s physicalconnections. Then power-down the Bridge, power itup, and check the power-up LED sequencedescribed under “X X Verifying Your ConnectionsX X ” onpage X X 20X X .Make sure that there is not another AP in the areathat may be interfering with your AP.The Bridge may be associated to another AP.Check the Link LED on the Bridge.If the problem remains, contact Quatech, Inc.You cannot access the Bridge’sconfiguration interface via the ACC.You may have typed the wrong IP address.If you typed the correct IP address, your computermay be on a different subnet than the Bridge. Besure the computer and Bridge are on the samesubnet of the same network.The Bridge cannot associate with anAccess Point.Change the location of the Bridge to improvereception.If that does not help, launch the ACC, go to theXXNetwork Settings PageX X , and be sure the SSIDmatches that of the Access Point (remember theSSID is case sensitive).CHAPTER 5TROUBLESHOOTING
