HEATED STEERING WHEELThe steering wheel contains a heating element that heats the steering wheel to onetemperature setting.The heated steering wheel control buttonis located on the center instrument panelbelow the climate controls.If your vehicle is equipped with a touch-screen, the heated steering wheel controlbutton is located within the climate orcontrols screen of the touchscreen.• Press the heated steering wheel buttononce to turn the heating element On.• Press the heated steering wheel buttona second time to turn the heating ele-ment Off.Once the heated steering wheel has beenturned on, it will operate for approximately30 to 80 minutes before automaticallyshutting off. The heated steering wheelcan shut off early or may not turn on whenthe steering wheel is already warm.Vehicle Equipped With Remote StartOn models that are equipped with remote start, this feature can be programmed tocome on during a remote start.If your vehicle is equipped with a touchscreen, this feature can be programmed throughthe Uconnect® system. Refer to “Uconnect® Settings” in “Understanding Your Instru-ment Panel” in the Owner's Manual on the DVD.If your vehicle is not equipped with a touchscreen, this feature can be programmedthrough the Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC).
