WIRING CONNECTIONS HeatNet Control V3Page 80Status Screen Fault DisplayThere are numerous interlock switches and software limits that are detected. Each of these, when tripped will produce a displaymessage, an audible beeping, and an alarm relay closure. The fault is displayed first, then after a second, the time the faultoccurred is displayed. This cycle will keep occurring until the fault is cleared. These faults and interlocks are:HIGH LIMIT:When the high limit aquastat trips the following message isdisplayed:The high limit interlock breaks power to the ignition control(shutting it off) and effectively removes any chance of thegas valve receiving power. The HeatNet series control willremain powered to display the fault, latch the alarmrelay/audible beeper, and to access the log. The interlock islocated on J5, HIGH LIMIT. Ensure power is present on theinput to the High Limit Control.SPARE 4:This is a reserved interlock input that is user defined. Theinterlock is located on J5B, SPARE 4.DELTA TEMPERATURE WARNING:If the temperature difference across the boiler measuredfrom RETURN water to SUPPLY water exceeds theEXCHR DELTA T RANGE, setting this message will bedisplayed.LOW WATER CUTOFF:If there is a low water condition reported by the low watercutoff switch this fault is displayed. Check that there iswater flow and water in the boiler. There is a reset switchlocated on the LWCO box. The interlock connection islocated on J5B, LWCO.VAR FREQ DRIVE:The variable frequency drive, which controls the blower, ifsupported, reports this fault. It may be caused in the event ofover current or an internal VFD fault that would cause it toshut down. If this is the case, check the fault indicators onthe VFD. The interlock is located on J5B, VFD.GAS PRESSURE:The gas pressure switches (high pressure and low pressure)are connected in series, so if either trip, a fault will bereported here. A reset switch is located on the gas pressureswitches. The interlock is located on J15B, GAS PR.
