Slide the battery lock on the left side of the unit to the OPEN position to open the batterycompartment.2. Use your thumb to press the battery release tab (on the right side of the batterycompartment) to the right. The battery releases and you can pull it out.Installing the Battery in the Remote ControlRemove the battery holder from the remote control, insert a CR2025 battery, and reinsert thebattery holder into the remote control.In order to avoid any risk of explosion,observe polarities indicated inside thebattery compartment. Replace only withthe type of batteries specified above. Donot throw them into fire, do not rechargethem. If you are not using the remotecontrol unit for an extended period (severalweeks), take the battery out.CR20251. Slide the battery lock on the left side of the unit tothe OPEN position to open the battery compartment.2. Slide the battery into the compartment with thebattery labeling facing up and the arrow pointingtoward the unit. Push it all the way in until it snapsinto place.Note: Contact the applicable local governmental office and yourcurrent waste removal provider for assistance in determining theappropriate disposal method in your area for old batteries.To remove the battery holder from the remote, use your thumb to push therelease tab of the battery holder on the bottom of the remote to the right.
