Get the PictureThe first part of connecting your TV is to get the picture, also knownas the signal. The back panel of your TV allows you to receive analogand/or digital channels by using the ANTENNA/CABLE INPUT. See thegraphic to the left for the location of the jack.Getting ChannelsWhat You Need• Antenna ("rabbit ears") or outdoor antenna with coaxial cableOR• Coaxial cable with cable serviceA. Do you have an indoor or outdoor antenna? If not, go to step B. Ifso, plug the antenna or coaxial cable from the wall outlet into theANTENNA/CABLE INPUT to receive free off-air local digital andanalog channels.B. Do you have cable? If so, plug the coaxial cable from the walloutlet into the ANTENNA/CABLE INPUT to receive your cablechannels.C. Do you have a set-top box? If so, you may need to call your cablecompany or satellite service provider.
