Use this setting whenreceiving broadcasts with weak stereo signals.Stereo Splits the incoming stereo audio signal into left and rightchannels. Most TV programs and recorded materials have stereoaudio. The monitor displays the word STEREO in the channel markerwhen you tune to a program that is broadcast in stereo.SRS Stereo (•) SRS* technology is an audio processing technologythat adds greater depth and stereo separation to stereo audiosignals.SRS Stereo (•) - Focus This technology enhances audio signals byadding treble and making dialog more understandable.Second Audio Program (SAP) Plays the program’s audio in asecond language, if one is available. The monitor displays the wordSAP in the channel marker when you tune to a program that isbroadcast with SAP information. SAP audio is broadcast in mono.SAP is also used to broadcast a program’s audio with descriptions ofthe video for the visually impaired.Speakers Displays a choice list that lets you turn the monitor’s internalspeakers on or off.Sound Logic™ Sound Logic monitors a program’s audio track andlimits the volume to a maximum volume range.
