Advanced operationInsertYou can insert new segments into a filewithout erasing previously recordedcontent.1. Select folder.2. Select file for inserting newsegment.3. Start playback.4. Press RECORD tostart recording newsegment, “INS” andelapsed recorded timewill be shown ondisplay.5. Press STOP to stop recording.AppendYou can add appendix (e.g.reminder, supplementaryinformation) to the end of the file.CutYou can erase unwanted parts fromyour recording.1. Select folder.2. Select file.3. Start playback of the file with theunwanted part.4. Press ERASE tomark the start of theunwanted part, “CUT-S” shows on display.5. Press ERASE tomark the endof theunwanted part, “CUT-E” shows on display.6. Press ERASE aginto confirm cutting (orpress STOP to cancel)Tips: Cutting, inserting new segmentsand adding appendix will only updatethe recorded time length, withoutchanging recording time and date.1.
