EXCEPT AS PROVIDEDHEREIN, RadioShack MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND ANYIMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITYAND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DU-RATION TO THE DURATION OF THE WRITTEN LIMITED WARRAN-TIES CONTAINED HEREIN. RadioShack will, at its option, unless otherwiseprovided by law: (a) correct the defect by product repair without chargefor parts and labor; (b) replace the product with one of the same or simi-lar design; or (c) refund the purchase price. All replaced parts and prod-ucts, and products on which a refund is made, become the property ofRadioShack. New or reconditioned parts and products may be used inthe performance of warranty service.
