23Electrical ConnectionThis appliance must be installed by a qualifiedelectrician to comply with the relevant regulationsand also the local electricity supply companyrequirements.Make sure that the mains characteristics (voltage,nominal, power, etc.) match the ratings indicated onthe data plate affi xed to the lower right hand cookerupright (remove storage drawer). The cooker is presetfor a single-phase earthed electrical connection. Itis essential to install a multi-pole circuit breaker thatcompletely disconnects the appliance from the mains,with a minimum contact break distance of 3mm.WARNING: THIS APPLIANCE MUST BE EARTHEDThe appliance must be connected to an effi cientearthing circuit. If the electricity network is not equippedwith an earth connection, then it must be installedseparately in compliance with local regulations. This work should be carried out by aqualifi ed electrician.Fitting the plinthLoosen the 3 screws along the front bottom edge of thecooker. Hook the central keyhole over the central screw.Twist and fi t each end keyhole over their respectivescrews. Tighten the fi xing screws.Oven LightPress the oven light switch and check that the light isworking.NB The oven light bulb is not included in theguaranteeHobplateTurn on each plate in turn and check that it heats up.GrillOpen the grill compartment door.
