(Log tray must be rotated to clearthe burner.)5) Remove the grate.6) Remove the burner and adjust the aerationsetting to 15mm fully open.Burner Orifice7) Remove burner orifice with a 1/2" spannerand discard. Use a spanner to hold on tothe elbow behind the orifice.8) Reinstall new burner orifice ULPG stamped#53 and tighten.9) Pull off the pilot cap to expose the pilotorifice.10) Unscrew the pilot orifice with the allen keyand replace with the ULPG pilot orifice inthe kit.11) Replace pilot cap.12) Turn control knob to the "OFF" position.13) Remove the blackprotection cap by handfrom the hi-low knob(Fig. 1).Fig. 1Fig.214) Insert a 5/32" or 4mmAllen wrench into thehexagonal key-way ofthe screw (Fig. 2), rotateit counterclockwise until itis free and extract it.15) Check that the screw isclean and if necessaryremove dirt.16) Flip the srew (Fig. 3).Fig.317) Using the Allen wrench asshown in Fig. 4, rotate thescrew clockwise until snug,do not overtighten.Fig.4WARNING!Do not over tighten the screw.Recommended to grip thewrench by the short side.18) Verify that if the conversion is from NG toULPG, the screw must be re-assembledwith the red o-ring visible (Fig. 5).LPG ConfigurationRed o-ring visibleFig.519) Re-assemble the blackprotection cap (Fig. 6).Fig. 620) Attach the Conversion label "This unit hasbeen converted to ULPG" on top of thedata badge.21) Replace yellow "NG" label with red "ULPG"label.22) Reverse steps 6 to 1.23) Check for gas leaks.24) Check inlet and outlet pressures.25) Check operation of flame control.26) Check for proper flame appearance andglow on logs.U
