Regency PG121/PG131 Zero Clearance Room Sealed Gas Fireplace338) Remove the Side Base Brick Panels andfinally the Long Base Brick Panels.MAINTENANCERemove Left & Right Side BaseBrick PanelsRemove the 2 Long Base Brick Panels9) Open the bottom louvre and remove the 2screws which secure the front cover to thevalve tray.7) Slide the burner assembly away from theorifice and lift out.6) Remove the burner by removing the 4screws.10) Unplug the 5 pin Molex Connector andcarefully pull out the control box.5 Pin MolexConnector11) Disconnect the inlet gas line.12) Unplug the 2 orange wires from the GasPressure Electronic Modulator.13) Unplug the 5 pin Molex Connector from thevalve.14) Unplug the igniter and the flame cables fromthe module.Igniter and FlameCables15) Remove the 16 screws that secure the valvetray.16) Lift the entire assembly out.17) To replace the burner tray assmebly, reversethese instructions.18) Check for any gas leaks.19) Check for proper flame appearance andglow on logs.5 Pin Molex Con-nector from theValve.
