F36Cleaning & MaintenanceCleaning ClearChart 4Use a lint-free, soft cloth lightly damped with 90% Isopropyl Alcohol to clean the ClearChart 4,ClearChart 4X, and AcuityChek screen and the unit. Cleaning of the ClearChart should be performedwhen the screen has contaminants on it or when visually, there is dust accumulation on the instrument.CAUTION: DO NOT USE AMMONIA-BASED WINDOW CLEANERS. USE OF AMMONIA BASED CLEANERS ONTHE LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY (LCD) MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE DISPLAY.CAUTION: DO NOT USE PAPER TOWELS.Cleaning the IR DetectorUse a lint-free cotton swab, clean the IR detector witha lens cleaner that is safe for plastic lenses. Refer toFigure MM-01.Fuse ReplacementWARNING: DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE ATTEMPTINGTO REMOVE THE FUSES OR SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATHMAY OCCUR.Replace the fuses in the Power Input Module with thefuses indicated in the Specifications section of thismanual.1. Turn the power to the unit off, and unplug thedevice.2. Press down on the tab in the middle of the FuseHolder to release the Fuse Holder and pull theFuse Holder out. Refer to figure MM-02.3.
