Insert the drip tray assembly back intothe vending machine.1010.3 Unscheduled maintenance10The operations described in this section are intendedas an example as they depend on different variables,such as: water hardness, humidity, products used,conditions and quantity of work.1010Make sure the vendingmachine is off beforeperforming any operationrequiring to disassemblesome of its parts.1010Have the following operations performed by qualifiedpersonnel only. If the operations are to be performedwith the machine on, choose trained personnel.10More complex interventions, such as removinglimescale from the boiler, require a deep knowledge ofthe machine.10Disinfect all the parts in contact with foodstuffs usingchlorine-based products on a monthly base, asdescribed in section "Cleaning the parts in contactwith foodstuffs".1010.3.1 Brew group maintenance10Plastic group.
