EB 3964 EN 11Pneumatic connection3.2 Devices with interface fordirect mounting− Type 3964-XXX000X000XXThe connecting plate is used for pneumaticconnection (see Fig. 5).Preferably fit the output ports with M5 screwfittings for 1.8×1 mm hose () and the pilotsupply port with an M5 male connector for4×1 mm hose (). Short switchingtimes can be achieved by keeping the hoselength as short as possible.To prevent dirt particles entering, a filter ()with 30 μm mesh size is installed in the pilotsupply port.
