This limited warranty begins on the original date ofpurchase, and is valid only on products purchased andused in the United States. To receive warranty service,the purchaser must contact SAMSUNG for problemdetermination and service procedures. Warranty servicecan only be performed by a SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter. The original dated bill of sale must be presentedupon request as proof of purchase to SAMSUNG orSAMSUNG's authorized service center.SAMSUNG will repair or replace this product, at ouroption and at no charge as stipulated herein, with new orreconditioned parts or products if found to be defectiveduring the limited warranty period specified above.All replaced parts and products become the propertyof SAMSUNG and must be returned to SAMSUNG.Replacement parts and products assume the remainingoriginal warranty, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer.Certain products are eligible for In-home service atSamsung’s discretion. To receive in-home service, theproduct must be unobstructed and accessible to servicepersonnel. If during in-home service, repair cannot notbe completed, it may be necessary to remove, repairand return the product. If in-home service is unavailable,SAMSUNG may elect, at our option, to provide fortransportation of our choice to and from a SAMSUNGauthorized service center. Otherwise, and for 37" andsmaller LCD/LED TV, transportation to and from theSAMSUNG authorized service center is the responsibilityof the purchaser.This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects inmaterials and workmanship encountered in normal, andexcept to the extent otherwise expressly provided forin this statement, noncommercial use of this product,and shall not apply to the following, including, but notlimited to: damage which occurs in shipment; delivery andinstallation; applications and uses for which this productwas not intended; altered product or serial numbers;cosmetic damage or exterior finishes; accidents, abuse,neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature;use of products, equipment, systems, utilities, services,parts, supplies, accessories, applications, installations,repairs, external wiring or connectors not supplied orauthorized by SAMSUNG which damage this product orresult in service problems; incorrect electrical line voltage,fluctuations and surges; customer adjustments and failureto follow operating instructions, cleaning, maintenanceand environmental instructions that are covered andprescribed in the instruction book; reception problemsand distortion related to noise, echo, interference or othersignal transmission and delivery problems; brightnessrelated to normal aging, or burned-in images. SAMSUNGdoes not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation ofthe product.THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THANTHOSELISTED AND DESCRIBED ABOVE, AND NO WARRANTIESWHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUTNOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OFMERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULARPURPOSE, SHALL APPLY AFTER THE EXPRESSWARRANTY PERIODS STATED ABOVE, AND NO OTHEREXPRESS WARRANTY OR GUARANTY GIVEN BY ANYPERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION WITH RESPECT TOTHIS PRODUCT SHALL BE BINDING ON SAMSUNG.SAMSUNG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF REVENUEOR PROFITS, FAILURE TO REALIZE SAVINGS OR OTHERBENEFITS, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTALOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THEUSE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT,REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ON WHICH THECLAIM IS BASED, AND EVEN IF SAMSUNG HAS BEENADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
