◀ ▶EnglishIssues Solutions and ExplanationsThe picture is distorted:macro block error, smallblock, dots, pixelization• The compression of video contents may cause picture distortion especiallyin fast moving pictures such as sports and action movies.• A weak or bad quality signal can cause picture distortion. This is not a TVissue.• Mobile phones used close to the TV (within 3.3 ft) may cause noise in thepicture on analog and digital channels.Color is wrong or missing. • If you’re using a Component connection, make sure the component cablesare connected to the correct jacks. Incorrect or loose connections maycause color problems or a blank screen.The color is poor orthe picture is not brightenough.• Adjust the Picture options in the TV menu (go to Picture Mode / Color /Brightness / Sharpness)• Adjust the Energy Saving option in the TV menu (go to MENU – System –Eco Solution – Energy Saving)• Try resetting the picture to view the default picture settings (go to MENU -Picture - Reset Picture)
