47Charging refrigerantf The R-410A refrigerant is blended refrigerant. Add only liquid refrigerant.f Measure the quantity of the refrigerant according to the length of the liquid side pipe. Add quantity of the refrigerantusing a scale.Charging refrigerantf Open the manifold gauge valve connected to the liquid side service valve and add the liquid refrigerant.f If you cannot add the whole quantity of the refrigerant while the outdoor unit is stopped, open the gas side and liquidside service valve.
