22_ using advanced functionsusing advanced functionsSETTING TIMEROff TimerThis function allows you to turn off the air conditioner automatically within the time range of24 hours. Off timer is available while your air conditioner is on.1. Press the Off Timer button on the remote control.Off timer indicator blinks on the remote control display.2. Set the time you want the air conditioner to turn offautomatically.Press the Off Timer button on the remote control tochange the time setting while Off timer indicator isblinking.You can set the time up to 24 hours, increasing in30 minute unit up to first 3 hours and in hourly unit afterfirst 3 hours.3. Press the Set/Cancel button on the remote control to active it on.The remote control display will show the hour(s) you have set for 3 seconds andset desired temperature will display.The air conditioner will operate automatically at set time and then Off timer indicatorstops blinking and stays on. If Off timer is not set within 10 seconds, the air conditionerwill end setting.• When the Off Timer setting is done, you can press the Off Timer button again to changethe preset time.Press the Off Timer button to change the time setting and then press theSet/Cancel button to active it on.• All the indicators other than Off Timer indicator will disappear approximately after10 seconds after the setup.• You can combine Off timer function with On timer function to turn on and then off the airconditioner at the desired time (see page 23 for instructions).To deactivate the Off Timer1. Press the Set/Cancel button on the remote control while Off Timer is on.Off timer you set will be canceled and Off timer indicator will disappear.
