English-10Connecting a VCRThese instructions assume that you have already connected your TV to an antenna or a cable TV system (according to the instructionson pages 8-9). Skip step 1 if you have not yet connected to an antenna or a cable system.1. Unplug the cable orantenna from the back ofthe TV.2. Connect the cable orantenna to the ANT INterminal on the back of theVCR.3. Connect an AntennaCable between the ANTOUT terminal on theVCR and the ANT INterminal on the TV.4. Connect a Video Cablebetween the VIDEO OUTjack on the VCR and theAV IN 1 or AV IN 2[VIDEO] jack on the TV.5. Connect Audio Cablesbetween the AUDIOOUT jacks on the VCRand the AV IN 1 or AV IN2 [L-AUDIO-R] jacks onthe TV.➢ If you have a “mono”(non-stereo) VCR, use aY-connector (notsupplied) to hook up tothe right and left audioinput jacks of the TV.
