TurnQuick Search on and you can enter the first few letters of thecontact, menu name, or item and items will be displayed.” onpage 74.)Making a Call — Voice DialingYour R350 mobile phone includes state-of-the-art voicerecognition software that lets you dial numbers using your voice.For more information, refer to “Voice SVC” on page 57.Answering a CallYour phone notifies you of a call in the following ways:• A ringtone sounds and/or your phone vibrates.Your phone providesseven ring volume settings including: Silence All, Vibrate, Low,Low/Medium, Medium, Medium/High, or High and/or differentring types to distinguish callers. You can press the Vib. on softkey andadd vibration in addition to the seven ring volume settings. For moreinformation, refer to “Accessing the Sounds Menu” on page 71.• A phone number (unless blocked by the caller) and a name appear inthe display (If the caller’s number and name are stored in yourContacts list).• If the caller can’t be identified, Call from unavailable#, Call fromrestricted number, or no number appears in the display.• Your phone continues to notify you of the call until one of the followingevents occurs:– You answer the call.– You ignore the call.– You mute the ringer.– The calling party ends the call.– The call is sent to voicemail.Answering an Incoming Call Press . The ringtone and/or vibration stop and thecaller’s voice can be heard in the earpiece.Tip: You can set your phone to automatically answer calls or to answer callswhen you press any key but the key or automatically.
