Your phone accepts microSD™ ormicroSDHC™ memory cards with maximum capacitiesof 16 GB (depending on memory card manufacturer andtype).Samsung uses approved industry standards formemory cards, but some brands may not be fullycompatible with your phone. Using an incompatiblememory card may damage your phone or thememory card and can corrupt data stored on thecard.Your phone supports only the FAT file structure for•memory cards. If you insert a card formatted witha different file structure, your phone will ask you toreformat the memory card.Frequent writing and erasing will shorten the•lifespan of memory cards.› Charge with the PC data cableBefore charging, ensure that your PC is turned on.Open the cover to the multifunction jack on the side1 of the phone.Plug one end (mini-USB) of the PC data cable into the2 multifunction jack.Connect the other end of the PC data cable into a USB3 port on a PC.Depending on the type of PC data cable you areusing, it may take some time before chargingbegins.When the battery is fully charged (the battery icon is4 no longer moving), unplug the PC data cable from thephone and then from the PC.
