If yourdevice is frozen and unresponsive, press and hold the Powerkey for 8-10 seconds until the SAMSUNG logo appears. Thedevice will reboot automatically.If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory datareset. In Menu mode, select Settings → General → Reset →Factory reset → Yes → Yes.
