102Voice RecorderThe Voice Recorder allows you to record an audio file up toone minute long and then immediately send it as a message.1. From the Tools folder, tap Voice Recorder.2. Following are the playback controls:3. From the Recorded files page, press and thenselect one of the following:• Share via and select a method in which to share this audio file.Selections are: Add to Dropbox, Bluetooth, ChatON, Email,Evernote - Create Note, Gmail, Messages, or Wi-Fi Direct.Refer to each specific section, depending on the method youselected to send this voice recording.• Delete: allows you to delete 1 or more voice recordings. Tapthe recordings to delete and tap Delete.• Change category: allows you to assign the currently selectedrecording to a user-created category entry.• Sort by: allows you to sort the current list by either: Date (mostrecent), Date (oldest), Name, or Category.• Search: allows you to search for key terms within the existinglist.• Manage categories: allows you to existing user-createdcategory entries.• Settings: the following settings are available:– Storage: allows you to choose where your recordings aresaved. Select between Phone or memory card.Record to record an audio file.Stop to stop recording. The fileautomatically saves to the Voice list.Pause to pause the recording of an audiofile.Cancel to cancel the recording of an audiofile.Bookmark to bookmark the currentrecording.List to display a list of current recordings.Recording quality to adjust the recordingquality. Choose from: Normal or High qualityrecording.
