GroupsYou can use groups to organize your contacts. Yourdevice comes with preloaded groups, and you cancreate your own. You might create a group for yourfamily, for coworkers, or a team. Groups make iteasy to find contacts, and you can send messagesto the members of a group.Create a Group1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Contacts.2. Tap Groups, and then tap Create group.3. Tap fields to enter information about the group:• Tap Create group in < location > to choosewhere to save the group. You can save it to aspecific account, to the device memory, or toall accounts.• Tap Group name to enter a name for the newgroup.4. Tap Add member and select contact(s) to add tothe new group, and then tap Done.5. Tap Save.Rename a Group1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Contacts.2. Tap Groups, and then tap a group.3. Tap More options > Edit group and enter anew name.4. Tap Save.Add Contacts to a Group1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Contacts.2. Tap Groups, and then tap a group.3. Tap Add member, and then tap the contact(s)you want to add.4. Tap Done.Send a Message or Email to a GroupYou can send a message or email to members of agroup.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Contacts.2. Tap Groups, and then tap a group.3. Tap More options > Send message or email.4. Select Email.5. Tap contacts to select them, or tap Select all,and then tap Done. Group members that haveemail addresses int their records are shown.6. Choose an account and follow the prompts tosend your message or email.Delete a GroupPreset groups, such as Family, cannot be deleted.1. From a Home screen, tap Apps >Contacts.2. Tap Groups.3. Tap More options > Select.4. Select groups to delete and tap Delete.Contact SettingsThese settings allow you to modify settingsassociated with using the Contacts app.1.
