For more information, refer to “FrontView of Your Phone” on page 16.Primary ShortcutsThere are four non-movable Application Shortcuts thatappear at the bottom of all Home screens. The defaultshortcuts are:• Phone for dialing a number.• Messaging for creating and viewing Messages.• Browser for surfing the Internet.• Camera for taking pictures or recording videos.• Apps for accessing the applications on your phone.You can change the Phone, Messaging, Browser, and Cameraapplication shortcuts to any icon displayed in the Apps menu.For more information, refer to “Adding and RemovingPrimary Shortcuts” on page 40.Indicator IconsThis list identifies the symbols you’ll see on your phone’sdisplay and Indicator area:Displays your current signal strength. The greaterthe number of bars, the stronger the signal.Indicates that the Airplane Mode is active. Youcannot send or receive any calls or access onlineinformation.Displays when there is no SIM card in the phone.Displays when there is no network available.Displays when your phone is in Blocking mode.Displays when there is a system error or alert.Displays to indicate a security warning. You areprompted to set a screen lock password.Displays when a call is in progress.
