10Turn Your Phone Off1. With your phone on and unlocked, press and hold thePower-Lock key ( ), on the top right of the phone,for two or more seconds. The Phone options menu pops-upin the display. (For more information, refer to “Lock Mode”on page 29.)2. Touch Power off. You are prompted to confirm that youwant to power off your phone.3. Touch OK. Your phone powers off.Note: If your phone is on and you press for less than one second, thephone becomes locked and the screen blanks. If your phone is alreadylocked, pressing for a second awakens the display.Performing a Manual Hard ResetShould your phone become unresponsive during operation, youcan perform a Manual Hard Reset. Press and hold the Volume Up key + Camera key ( ) +Power-Lock key ( ).RoamingWhen you travel outside your home coverage area, your phonecan roam to acquire service on other compatible digitalnetworks. When Roaming is active, the Roaming icon ( )appears in the Annunciator Line of the display.Tip: You can set your phone’s roaming behavior. (For more information, referto “Mobile networks” on page 84.)During roaming, some services may not be available. Dependingon your coverage area and service plan, extra charges may applywhen making or receiving calls.Note: Contact your Wireless Carrier for more information about yourcoverage area and service plan.Displaying Your Phone NumberMy phone number displays the ten-digit phone number assignedto your phone. From the Home screen, press the Menu key ( ), thentouch Settings ➔ About phone ➔ Status. Your phonenumber appears under Phone number.
