It will automaticallydetect these signals and display the software upgradebanner. You are given the option to install the upgrade.By USBInsert a USB drive containing the firmware upgradedownloaded from samsung.com into the TV. Please becareful to not disconnect the power or remove the USBdrive while upgrades are being applied. The TV will turnoff and turn on automatically after completing the firmwareupgrade. Please check the firmware version after theupgrades are complete (the new version will have ahigher number than the older version). When software isupgraded, video and audio settings you have made willreturn to their default (factory) settings.
