G.1USING YOUR PRINTER IN LINUXLinux Driver InstallationThis Linux driver is designed for the Samsung ML-1450 Seriesprinter and supports Linux Red Hat 6.0 or higher and IntelLinux. If your Linux version is not included, this driver mightnot work properly.• Install Setup Script file configurationa. /cdrom/linux/install.shb. /cdrom/linux/ssprt.dbc. /cdrom/linux/readme.txtTo install the driver, open the x terminal screen and take thefollowing steps:InstallationTo mount the CD-ROM drive:1 Insert the Samsung ML-1450 Series CD-ROM into theCD-ROM drive.2 Mount the CD-ROM drive under a directory like /mnt inorder to access the files on the CD-ROM:>mount -t iso9660 /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdromNote: To mount the CD-ROM drive, you must be a super user ormust be authorized to mount the CD-ROM by the super user. Ifyou fail to mount the CD-ROM drive, ask the systemadministrator.1. Mount theCD-ROM drive.2. Install setup script.
