Using the One Minute+ ButtonThis button offers a convenient way to heat food inone-minute increments at the High power level.1 Press the One Minute+ button once foreach minute you wish to cook the food.For example, press it twice for two min-utes. The time will display, and the ovenstarts automatically.Add minutes to a program in progress by pressingthe One Minute+ button for each minute youwant to add.Using the Gentle Cook ButtonThis button is for slower, gentler cooking withreduced power.1 Use the Number button to set a cookingtime.For example, to set 10 minutes, enter1,0,0,0.2 Press the Gentle Cook button. The timewill display and the oven will start auto-matically.OPERATION10 OPERATIONDefrosting AutomaticallyTo thaw frozen food, set the weight of the food andthe microwave automatically sets the defrostingtime, power level and standing time.1 Press the Auto Defrost button. The dis-play shows “0.5 LB.”(0.2Kg if you haveset your oven for metric measure).2 To set the weight of your food, press theAuto Defrost button repeatedly. Thisincreases the weight by 0.5 lb incre-ments, up to 6.0 lbs.You can also use the number buttons toenter the weight of the food directly.The oven calculates the defrosting timeand starts automatically.
