Tap Save to save the picture assignment to the selectedContacts entry.Assigning a Ringtone to a Contacts EntryWhen you assign a ringtone to a Contacts entry, the phone playsthe ringtone that you assigned to the entry when you receive acall from that Contact instead of the ringtone currently assignedto Voice Calls.1. Find the Contacts entry you want to edit. See “Finding aContacts Entry” on page 34 for more information.2. Tap the desired Contact, then tap Edit. The Edit Contactscreen appears in the display.3. Tap the Ringtone field. The Ringtones screen appears inthe display.4. Tap the ringtone, sound file, or music file that you wish toassign to the Contacts entry. The Edit Contact screenappears in the display with the name of the selected file inthe Ringtone field.5. Tap Save to save the ringer assignment to the selectedContacts entry.Saving a Number After a CallOnce you finish a call, you can store the caller’s number to yourContacts list.Note: If the call was incoming and Caller ID information was unavailable,then the Save option is also unavailable.1. Press to end your call. The call time, length of call,phone number, and name of the party (if available) appearin the display.2. Tap Save. The following options appear in the display:• Add New Contact — Lets you create a new Contacts entry.• Update Existing — Lets you add the number you entered to anexisting Contacts entry.3.
