2A. Phone Basics 25Phone BasicsIn-Call OptionsTo select an in-call option, touch the corresponding onscreenbutton. The following options may be available: Mute on or Mute off to toggle theonboard microphone’s mutestate (on/off). Slide to the Onposition (left) during a call tomute the microphone. Slide to the Offposition (right) to unmute themicrophone. Speakerphone On orSpeakerphone Off to route thephone’s audio through the speaker or through the earpiece. Slide to the left (On) to activate the feature and routethe phone’s audio through the speaker. (You can adjust thespeaker volume using the volume button on the side of thephone.) Slide to the right (Off) to deactivate the feature anduse the phone’s earpiece. Add Call to initiate a three-way call. Contacts to display your Contacts list. Dialpad to display the onscreen dialpad where you can chooseto Save the current number or End call. During a call, press to return to the previous In-Callscreen.End-of-Call OptionsAfter you receive or make a call, the phone provides you withthree end-of-call options: Redial to dial the last outgoing or received phone number. Save to store the current phone number in your Contactslist.Important: Always report your location to the 911 operator whenplacing an emergency call.
