For example, say “Call John.” If the name isrecognized and there is only one phone number for the name,your phone immediately places the call.If there are multiple numbers stored for the contact, the phoneprompts you with “Which Number?” and displays a list of options.You can select an option by saying it or by touching thecorresponding phone number onscreen.Calling Phone Numbers (Digit Dialing)1. Press and touch Main ( ) > Voice Command.– or –Press and hold .2. Say “Call” followed immediately by a valid string of digits tobe dialed, for example, say “Call 555 555 5555.”3. If the correct number is repeated, say “Yes” to dial thenumber. If the number is not recognized, the phone will play themessage “Did you say call?” If the announced number is not correct, either say “Yes,”“No,” “Cancel,” or “Repeat.” When the correct number isannounced, say “Yes” to dial the number.Speak naturally and clearly and remember to speak one digit at atime—1-800 should be pronounced “One Eight Zero Zero.”Sending a MessageTo send a text message:1. Press and touch Main ( ) > Voice Command.– or –Press and hold .2. If you hear “Say a command,” say “Send Text.”3. Say the name or phone number of the recipient.
