Inthis case, connect it with the HDMI HotPlug function turned On.Not Optimum Mode isdisplayed.This message is displayed when asignal from the graphics card exceedsthe product’s maximum resolution andfrequency.Refer to the Standard Signal Mode Tableand set the maximum resolution andfrequency according to the productspecifications.The images on thescreen look distorted.Check the cable connection to theproduct.The screen appearsunstable and shaky.Check that the resolution and frequencyof the PC and graphics card are set withina range compatible with the product.Then, change the screen settings ifrequired by referring to the AdditionalInformation on the product menu and theStandard Signal Mode Table.There are shadows orghost images left onthe screen.Issues SolutionsThere is no image onthe screen and thepower LED blinksevery 0.5 to 1 second.The product is in power-saving mode.Press any key on the keyboard or move themouse to return to the previous screen.Picture quality of theproduct is differentfrom the dealershop where it waspurchased.Use an HDMI cable to obtain high-definition (HD) picture quality.The remote controldoes not work.Make sure that the batteries are correctlyin place (+/-).Check if the batteries are flat.Check for power failure.Make sure that the power cord is connected.Check for any special lighting or neonsigns switched on in the vicinity.A beeping sound isheard when my PC isbooting.If a beeping sound is heard when your PCis booting, have your PC serviced.When I try to changethe PC resolution, amessage Thedefined resolutionis not supported.appears.The message The defined resolutionis not supported. appears if the inputsource resolution exceeds the maximumresolution of the display.To resolve the issue, change the PCresolution to a resolution supported onthe display.Troubleshooting GuideChecking the Components Control PanelContact the vendor where you purchased the product if anycomponents are missing.The pictures may look different from the actual components.1 Spacer logoDo not pull on the spacer logo using force. The logo may tear orbreak off.2 Remote sensorPress a button on the remote control pointing at the bottom ofthe product face to perform the function.
