Press the Freezer button repeatedly until thedesired temperature is shown in the temperaturedisplay. Keep in mind that foods like ice cream maymelt at -16 ºC (4 °F).The temperature display will move sequentially from-15 °C (6 °F) and -23 ºC (-10 °F). When the displayreaches -23 ºC (-10 °F), it will begin again at -15 ºC(6 °F).Five seconds after the new temperature is set thedisplay will again show the actual current freezertemperature. However, this number will change asthe Freezer adjusts to the new temperature.When you place the SHELF-BOTTOM instead ofBottom drawer, the SHELF-BOTTOM is two starsection (All models). The Bottom door guard inthe freezer is two star section.(RSH7, RS77, RS7528, RS7527, RS54H,RS57H models).So, the Temperature in the two star sections areslightly higher than other freezer compartment.CONTROLLING THE FRIDGETEMPERATUREThe refrigerator temperature can be set between 7 ºC(46 °F) and 1 ºC (34 °F) to suit your particularneeds. Press the Fridge button repeatedly until thedesired temperature is shown in the temperaturedisplay. The temperature control process for theFridge works just like the Freezer process. Press theFridge button to set your desired temperature. Aftera few seconds, the Fridge will begin tracking towardsthe newly set temperature. This will be refl ected in thedigital display.The temperature of the freezer or the refrigeratormay rise from opening the doors too frequently,or if a large amount of warm or hot food isplaced in either side. This may cause the digitaldisplay to blink. Once the freezer and refrigeratorreturn to their normal set temperatures theblinking will stop. If the blinking continues,you may need to “reset” the refrigerator. Tryunplugging the appliance, wait about 10 minutesand then plug back in.
