G ETTING STARTED1.14Discard SizeWhen receiving a document as long as longerthan the paper installed in your machine, youcan set the machine to discard any excess atthe bottom of the page. If the received pageis outside the margin you set, it will print ontwo sheets of paper at the actual size.If the document is within the margin and theAuto Reduction feature is turned on, it will bereduced to fit into the appropriate sized paperand discard does not occur. If the AutoReduction feature is turned off or fails, thedata within the margin will be discarded.Settings range from 0 to 30 mm.Option Description
