Volume keys/Menu Navigation: Allow you to adjust the ringer volumein standby mode, mute the ringer when receiving a call and adjust thevoice volume during a call. Can also be used to scroll up or down tonavigate through menu options. When the phone is closed, press andhold these keys to toggle the display on or off. This key is also usedwhen the Music Player is active.3. Front Display: Allows you to see when you have an incoming call ormessage. It also displays date, time, network type, signal strength, andbattery power icons, and any icons associated with alerts or alarms.4. Headset Jack/Adapter Jack: Allows you to connect the headset, PCconnection cable (see “Transferring Files via USB Cable” on page 49),and travel adapter (see “Charging the Battery” on page 20).5. Memory Card Slot: Used to install an optional microSD™ card foradditional data storage (see “Memory Card” on page 13).
