Instead of manually entering thenumbers each time you can store the numbers in yourAddress Book along with special characters calledpauses.Enter the number you want to store, press and hold thekey to insert a two-second pause. A “P” appears in thedisplay.Note: You can enter multiple two-second pauses to extend the length of thepause. For example two consecutive pauses equates to a pause time offour seconds.Dialing a Number from the Address BookOnce you have stored phone numbers in the AddressBook, you can dial them easily and quickly by using thelocation numbers that were assigned to them in theAddress Book in the order they were saved.Note: If you cannot remember a location number, you must go into theSearch option in the Address Book menu to search for the entry by name.
