You must enterthe SIM lock code to use a different SIM card.Once you have entered the lock code, you areasked to confirm it by entering it again.To unlock the SIM, you must enter the SIM lockcode.FDN modeThe FDN (Fixed Dial Number) mode, if supported byyour SIM card, allows you to restrict your outgoingcalls to a limited set of phone numbers.The following options are available:Disable: you can call any number.Enable: you can only call phone numbers stored inContacts. You must enter your PIN2.Note: Not all SIM cards have a PIN2. If your SIM carddoes not, this menu does not display.Change PIN2The Change PIN2 feature allows you to change yourcurrent PIN2 to a new one. You must enter thecurrent PIN2 before you can specify a new one.Once you have entered a new PIN2, you are askedto confirm it by entering it again.Note: Not all SIM cards have a PIN2. If your SIM carddoes not, this menu does not display.Phone settings123Extra settingsYou can turn the automatic redialling or answeringfeatures on or off.The following options are available:Auto redial: when this option is checked, thephone makes up to ten attempts to redial a phonenumber after an unsuccessful call.Note: The interval between two attempts varies.Active folder: when this option is checked, youcan simply open the folder to answer a call.When it is unchecked, you must open the folder andpress a key to answer a call, depending on thesetting of the Anykey answer option.Anykey answer: when this option is checked, youcan answer an incoming call by pressing any key,except the key and the Reject soft key. Toreject the call, press the key or the Reject softkey.When this option is unchecked, you can only pressthe key or Accept soft key.To turn a feature Press theon On soft key.A check mark displays infront of the option.off Off soft key.The check mark no longerdisplays.
