Messages97Multimedia messages (Menu 5.2)Multimedia Message Service (MMS) is a serviceproviding delivery of personal multimedia messagesfrom phone to phone or from phone to e-mail. Inaddition to the familiar text content, multimediamessages can contain images, photos, audio clips,and combinations of these things. Images couldinclude downloads and photos you have taken,while audio clips could be downloaded or recordedsounds, or voice memos. Using MMS, your phonecan send and receive these multimedia messages.This function is available only if it is supported byyour service provider. Only phones that offermultimedia messaging features can receive anddisplay multimedia messages.Note: When you buy media content from the Internet,this content is delivered to you in MMSmessages. You can retrieve the messages fromthe server and then save the items in yourphone’s memory. You cannot forward thesemessages to other people or add the saveditems to an MMS message.Create (Menu 5.2.1)This menu allows you to create a new multimediamessage and then send it to one or multipledestinations.Creating and sending a multimedia message1.
