When this feature isenabled, the phone requires your PIN eachtime it is switched on.If you enter an incorrect PIN/PIN2 threetimes, the SIM card is blocked. To unblock it,you need to enter your PUK/PUK2 (PersonalUnblocking Key). The codes are supplied byyour service provider.
