86Menu functionsThe colour of the icon indicates the status of thethe device:• Grey for unpaired devices• Blue for paired devices• Red for devices that are currently connected toyour phone3. Select a device.4. Enter a Bluetooth PIN and press <OK>. This codeis used just once and you don’t need to memoriseit.When the owner of the other device enters thesame code, pairing is complete.Using device optionsFrom the device list, press <Options> to access thefollowing options:• Connect: connect to a headset or hands-free carkit.• Disconnect: end the connection with theconnected device.• Browse files: search for data from the device andimport data directly to your phone.• Service list: access the Bluetooth service list ofthe device.• Rename: rename the paired device.• Authorize device/Unauthorize device:determine whether or not the phone asks you topermit connection when other devices try toconnect to your phone.• Delete: remove the selected device or all devicesfrom the list.Sending data via Bluetooth1. Activate the Bluetooth feature.2. Select the application in which the item you wantto send is stored.3. Scroll to the item you want and press <Options>.4. Select Send via → Bluetooth.The phone searches for devices within range anddisplays a list of available devices.Some devices, especially headsets or hands-free carkits, may have a fixed Bluetooth PIN, such as 0000.If the other device has a code, you must enter it.
