34Menu functionsGroup (Menu 2.3)Use this menu to organise your contacts in callergroups.Creating a new caller group1. Press <Options> and select Add.2. Enter a name for the group.3. Select the caller ID line and set an image.4. Select the ringtone line and set a melody.5. Press <Save> to save the group.Adding members to a caller group1. Select a group.2. Press <Add>.3. Press [ ] to select the contacts to be added.4. Press <Select>.Managing caller groupsWhile viewing the group list, press <Options> toaccess the following options:• View: display the members of the selected group.• Add: add a new group.• Edit: change the group properties.• Send message: send an SMS, MMS, or e-mailmessage to the group members you want.• Delete: delete the selected group or all groups.Group members, however, will not be deleted fromPhonebook.Speed dial (Menu 2.4)Use this menu to assign a speed dial number (2 to 9)for 8 of your most frequently called numbers.Assigning speed dial numbers1.
