75Your phoneMaking a noteRegardless of whether you call from the Dialler,Contacts, Call History, Speed Dial, or SIMContacts, you can make a note during a call.After you have finished the note, it will be savedas an attachment to your call in one of the CallHistory folders. You can also access the note inthe Calls folder in Notes.1. On the Dialler screen, tap Note.2. Use any of the input methods to record yournote and then tap . You can finish your noteduring or after the call.Viewing a note• Tap Menu → Call History on the Diallerscreen. Tap and hold the call, and then fromthe pop-up menu, tap View Note. (indicates a note.)• Go to Notes, and select the Calls folder andthen tap the name of the file from the list.Note: When you want to create a contact for thiscaller, see “Adding and transferring contactinformation” on page 76. The call and filenames will be amended to the name of thenew contact; the file will be unaffected.Call-related featuresAccessing your voicemailThe first speed dial location defaults as yourvoicemail server. When you insert your SIM cardinto your phone, it will automatically detect andset as the voicemail server number of yourservice provider.To check your voicemail, tap and hold 1 on theDialler screen.Note: You can check and change the voicemail andSMS server numbers. On the Speed Dialscreen, tap Voicemail → Voice Mail and TextMessages → Get Settings...
