CellBroadcast (CB) messages display as soon as they arereceived, provided that:• the phone is in Idle mode.• the Receive option is set to Enable.• the message channel is currently active on the channel list.The following options are available:• Read: lets you view the received message.The Volatile box displays messages from the network, butloses its contents as soon as the phone is switched off. Scrollthrough the message by using the Up and Down keys.You can save a CB message in the Archive box for laterretrieval. When a text notification appears, press the Optionssoft key or the key and select Save.• Receive: allows you to enable or disable the reception ofbroadcast messages.• Channel list: allows you to indicate the channels from which youwish to receive broadcast messages. The following options areavailable:• Select: use to enable or disable channels on the list bymarking or unmarking them, respectively. A check markdisplays in front of each selected channel.• Add channel: use to enter the ID and title for a new channel.• Delete: use to remove a channel from the list.• Edit: use to change the ID and title of an existing channel.• Language: allows you to select your preferred language inwhich to display cell broadcast messages.Please contact your service provider for further details.
