100 Section 2I. Voice ServicesDeleting Voice MemosTo delete an individual memo:1. Select and press > Tools > Voice Memo.2. Select Review and press .3. Highlight the desired memo to erase and pressOptions (right softkey) > Delete.4. Select Yes and press .To delete all voice memos:1. Select and press > Tools > Voice Memo >Review > Options > Delete All.2. Select Yes and press .Editing a Voice Memo CaptionBy default, the caption assigned to a voice memo is asequential file name which consists of the date(Month_Day) followed by the memo number. Forexample, two memos recorded on February 2, 2008,would be listed as: Feb_02x1 and Feb_02x2. These filenames (captions) can be changed.To edit a voice memo caption:1. Select and press > Tools > Voice Memo.2. Select Review and press . (The phone displaysa list of saved memos, with the first one selected.)3. Highlight the desired memo to erase and pressOptions (right softkey) > Edit Caption.4.
