Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet Connections >Network Connections > Local Area Connection, press the right buttonof the touchpad, and then select Properties.2. Select the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item, and then click Properties.3. In the Alternate Configuration tab, click User configured, and then enterthe appropriate values for the following:(IP address, Subnet mask, Default gateway, Preferred and alternate DNS server,Preferred and alternate WINS server)4.
